Please note the following carefully:

a) An initial, non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total is required to secure the booking and is payable within 7 days.

b) The remaining 80% is required 30 days before the booking period starts.

c) Additionally, depending on the property, a fee of € 50 to € 80 is required to clean the property at the end of your stay. This is payable with the 80% balance.

d) If the booking is made within 30 days of the start date then the whole fee is payable immediately. 

e) Payable with the 80% balance is a surety deposit of € 150 against damage to the property and its contents. This is returnable in whole or in part, depending on the condition of the property and its contents,  when you depart.

f) Unless specifically agreed otherwise, clients are required to vacate the property by 12:00 hours on the end date of the rental period.

g) Unless specifically agreed otherwise, clients are not given access to the property before 18:00 hours on the start date of the rental period.
