In addition to the services mentioned above Kuresol can provide the following optional extras:

• Regular cleaning and/or maintenance checks (in addition to the inspection and clean after each letting). Maintenance includes: a security check - doors and windows; plumbing check - check for leaks, dripping taps; damp patches; electrical check - lights and sockets; insect damage/infestation; reporting all findings to the owner after each inspection.
• Additionally, Kuresol can organise and if required, supervise repairs.
• Kuresol can organise garden and pool maintenance.
• For lettings arranged by the owner we can provide a welcoming service - greeting guests on their arrival and providing a welcome pack to the owners specification.

We are always prepared to listen to requests for variations to these or any other services requested by the owner. The costs of these services depend entirely upon the size of the property concerned and its location. Please contact us for specific quotations.
